Honda Fuel Injection CRF question

Just bought a 2011 crf 450r and wondering if I need to remap the FI for the cold weather, or if it will adapt to temp change on it's own. Not very familiar with FI on dirt bikes. I plan to run it on the ice this weekend, but don't want to burn it down. Please offer an input! Thanks

first off you wont burn it down or seize it due to a lean mixture. the engine is lubricated from the engine oil unlike a 2 stroke where it depends on the gas mixture.

second, yes the EFI can adapt to changes. it is not super sofisticated like a car with a MAF sensor, but it can adapt. Programming can change the power delivery for sure to what your individual likes are.
