I'm not sure if this is normal or not but I thought I would run it by you guys to see if I might have a problem or not.
I was out at the track and after a three lap session I went to adjust the compression dampening on my shock and I noticed that the shock was kind of hot. Not third degree burn hot but hot enough to get me wondering. I could grab it bare handed and not have to pull away but it was hot enough to make me think "is this normal, it seems to hot".
Here are the vitals
Bike
04 CR250R Completely stock 3 months new usually trail ridden about one two hour session per week. Sag set to 100mm
Rider
180LB almost intermediate beginner
So my question to you is: Is this normal or should I get the shock serviced ASAP
Thanks in advance for all responses.
