Watching the Nationals on TV , I noticed the Pros are still having a hard time starting their bike when they stall.

Does the fact that the pros have highly modified bikes make them even harder to start than the stock 250/450Fs?

Are the newer models getting easier to hot start than the older ones?

if i stall without flooding the engine - it will start on first kick. if i drop the bike - it will take a while as it typically floods things. i think this is what you are seeing as the pros typically don't stall due to a poor shift/clutch operation. they stall when they go down.
