How do I clear bike of all gas?

I know how to drain the tank but I was curious what is the best way to clear the carbarator and fuel lines?

most carbs will either have a large plug at the bottom or a drain screw. if it has neither take the bowl off. laying the bike on its side usually gets most of the gas out of there too.
