It might be a weird question but for sure it's gonna help me...

I am actually playing with my jetting :
kx 250 2001 (Stock jetting is 160main 52 pilot 1 1/2air screw needle Naff 2 from top...)

Now i am 160main 48 pilot 2 1/2 out NAFE 2 from top

I ride only on tight woods and hear an annoying crackling sound when my throttle is opened at 1/8 to 1/4.... the temperature is around 80F here and i was wandering if it sound OK to go one step leaner on the pilot jet ..so i d be 3 steps leaner than stock..

What do you think..
