how much oil in gearbox? demon125cc

hey guys,

i have a question for a friend, i cant tell you much about the bike. the name is demon 125cc four stroke japanese mini bike thing. fake thumpstar. could anyone tell me how much oil to put in gearbox. im sure the manual tells you but he doesnt have one. TIA keith

So there is no sight glass or dip stick? Nice. Most bikes will have the volume cast in the side case but a lot of the China engines don't have this. Based on my experience most will hold 900-1100ml.

Mine has a bolt on the side about midway up the case accross from the fill. Pull it and when the oil starts pooring out that hole, it is full. If not fallow Patmans amounts, that sounds about right.

hey man i have a china 125 aswell and it takes about 750ml of oil
