How to adjust suspension to my weight?

i have a yzf 250 2004 4 stroke with a ton of after market parts on it because i got it from a guy who used to race and he was 200 pounds and i'm 130 pounds is there any way to adjust the bies front and rear suspension to my weight.

Springs, go to mx-tech and get your spring rates for your weight!! You can also buy em there to, usualy for a lot less than any where else.

That's also assuming that the valving wasn't changed too. 200 to 130 is a big difference, worth a look-see at the internal components of the forks and springs.
