I finally got my cylinder welded and they did a nice job seeing how they charged me $60.00 awesome.....
So after all your help I get her back together with the new piston etc.. Just fired her up tonight to break her in and she runs like a top.
THANKS to all who helped you guys are awesome and saved me a few hundred bucks for sure. So now I have a 99 CR125 that is in mint shape with a fresh rebuild and I have around $860 total in her. I think shes a keeper!!!!!!!!
