I got a new bike!!!

Ok after months of umming and ahhing over getting a new bike, I finally went out and did it!

Instead of going the WR like Id planned to, I decided to keep the KDX for trails - I just love that bike! and get myself a motocrossor so I could have the best of both worlds without compromising either!
I ended up buying a RM-Z250 - I would of loved a CRF250 but they are still quite a few months away and I wanted it in green but managed to pick myself up some "looking after" sponsorship if I went yellow!!
It does mean my trip to the states has been postponed for now but I still hope to get there soon!

You seen the pix of the new 450 Suzuki? Looks good. Wonder what Kawasaki will do.

Have you got the bike or just ordered it? (haven't got a clue as to whether they're out yet or just about out). But good on ya & curious what you think of it once you've ridden it :)

Full ride report as soon as I get it! Was in the shop today working it all out, they still dont have a delivery date yet but hopefully in the next 2-3 weeks, wish it would hurry up!

Not racing Thumpernats until next season, usually start around March I think!!!

Well just got off the phone to the dealer for a delivery date, apparently Suzuki are not saying a whole lot but all they can tell me is the end of September. I am riding mx this weekend and it gonna be hard to take the KDX knowing that an RMZ is on the way!

BBOM- I dont know that story fill me in?? ;)

Canadian- I couldnt bare to part with the KDX, we have too much history together...a broke collarbone when he threw a tantrum at a rock, a couple of broke ribs when it was coughing some dirt out of the carby :D
seriously though its such a good bike I wouldnt get what it is worth so I thought Id keep it and that way I could still ride trails and race club enduros!

I used to ride a KLX300 and met Karl at the part's shop I frequented. After telling a mutual friend that I thought he was cute, we ended up at the same ride (coincidently with the same number 007). We hooked up for a couple more rides and he convinced me to try out his CR500. I had to get my own CR500 after that and Karl & I have been together ever since. He's been looking after me (and my bike) for over 3 years now. :thumb:

UPDATE!!

Im still waiting the RM-Z but just got notice its coming in 3 weeks!! I am sooooo excited, its going to be the longest 3 weeks of my life!
