A CRF150F (or even 230, though heavier) will get you around and more comfortable without scaring you. You will eventually outgrow it and want more power but it is a great bulletproof bike to start with.

i would say a 125 2 or 4 stroke 4 if ur just wanting to ride and take it easy 2 if ur a lil crazy like me and want to run like a raped ape cuz the 2 stroke is pretty fast and can take some abuse plus a lot cheaper to rebuild if needed

The re-sale value is also fairly good on those models compared to the higher strung race bikes.

For your height, I'd recommend the CRF 230, or TTR 230/250. The KLX 140s and CRF150Fs are fun, but at your size won't last you long at all.

For a first bike I wouldn't suggest a 2-stroke 125 such as the CR125, YZ125, or KX125 (or any of the other ones). While they are cheap to repair, and parts are a dime a dozen, you may find yourself frustrated with one. If you have tight trails and like to check out the scenery while you ride, you'll find yourself replacing sparkplugs fairly often. Which is a real bummer on the trail if you aren't constantly carrying a sparkplug and/or sparkplug wrench.
