ICS steering dampers

Has anyone ever heard of ICS steering dampers and know if they are any good or not. There are some on the auction site and I was just wondering if they were worth looking at. I can't find an ics web page that tells much about them. I found a couple sites that sell them, but there's not much info there and I'm not sure if I can get the right mount. Thanks for the help.

Since the dampers are available at auction and Sudco is closing them out and the ICS website is down I'd guess they've gone belly-up.

Thats what I was thinking too. Do you know if a mount kit for a different damper would work for these? One of the kits for auction is for a yz426, and I need to get one for my girlfriends 05 yz125. Maybe that would be close enough to work, but I don't know for sure. I don't want to get one and then not be able to find a mount for it.
