internet problems

Maybe one of you computer guys can help me out. I have been having trouble seeing some web pages, they look really small. I mean the page is full size, but the font is really small, small enough that i can't read it. The pikes peak link is one of them. This does not happen on all web pages, just some of them. Any ideas?

Browser?
Font size setting in your browser?
Does it look like that?

In IE, go to VIEW, then text size. Set to small? Change it to Medium.

Some "coders" don't set font sizes allowing the browser setting to over-rider their layouts.
