hey guys. im new in here, great site by the way. my daughter just graduated up from a pw80 to a xr80 "learnig clutch riding" i dont want to get rid of the pw its been a great bike for the 3 yrs we've owned it. it was my daughters 2nd. "pw50 was the first" anyways i would like to go thru it and make a little hot rod out of it. im gonna jet it,, put the full pipe, port and polish and so on. I have found an .80 over piston and i was just looking for advice. is that too much? will i have an overheating problem...ect. any feedback would be greatly apreciated . thanks mike

for that bike it will not overheat and honestly them and xr's run forever but if you bore it to any size you won't really notice a difference in power i had an 1998xr80r and i was growing out of it and got it bored .100 over and barely felt the slightest difference
