Is a 1986 Suzuki DR 200 street legal?

I know the newer DR's are dual sport bikes but I was wondering about the older ones. I am looking at an 86' DR200 for sale for $600 and was wondering if it was a dual sport bike. The pic appears to show it having knobbies on and no head/tail lights and turn signals. Any info on this bike?

In 1986 the street legal version on the DR was called the SP125/200. They were the same bikes only the SP had all of the requisite hardware to run on the street....Hope this helps.
