Is it possible to lower the back shock ?

Im a pritty small guy 5'5", and my yz 125 is a little to high for me i can only put on foot on the ground when im sitting on it. I was looking at the back shock and it looks like you can lower the shock with two ring looking things. just wondering if anyone knows how to do this.

The purpose of that adjustment is not ride height. Do a search for sag for more information on that one.

Then search for lowering to get the rest of the information that you need.
