Is my suspension for me

I ride a 93 RMX 250 with stock suspension. I am 5'11" 174 pounds. I was wondering if the stock suspension is ok for my weight. the type of riding I do is anything from sand pits to rocky tight trails. If you think i shoulds send them to a shop to get worked on. Please tell me the cheapest place. I am only 14 and i want to keep the bike till i am 17.

At 174lbs. the RMX will benefit from stiffer springs. They will hold it up in the travel better, and actually give a more supple and plush ride.

I would back spanky up. The key point is if your happy with your bikes suspension. IF you like it don't worry about it.
