I was going to replace my DiD 520 XRing chaing with Rocky Mountain's 520 XRing chain. Its a lot cheaper and has the same strength rating. It was sold out, so I bought the DID.

Just courous if any readers have purchased and used the Rocky Mountian Xring chain and how would you rate it to other oring chains that you might of owned?
The gold plating does not look good from the on line photo.

Thanks,

I've had a Primary drive O-ring chain and sprockets on my CRF450R for over a year now and they are wearing well. I am pretty happy with them.

I just got the x-ring chain. The quality seems just as good as the more expensive stuff. As for the gold plating it's not that impressive but who cares, mine is usually covered in mud anyway.

Good feedback.
thanks guys, next time I will try the RockyMountains Primary Drive O-ring (Xring) chain at $59 if in stock! instead of paying $100 for the other brand I bought.
