Is this head salvage-able?

I am looking at buying a YZ250F where the intake cam seized. Metal was transfered to the head as can be seen in the pics below. I know the cam must be replaced, but can the head be salvaged? For the price the guy is asking, it would be worth it if i can use the head, but if the head has to be replaced, forget it ($500+ for a new head).

Call the guys at Engine Dynamics. They are very good at salvaging this type of failure.
