In User CP, select Edit Profile Picture
There, you can upload an image, pref 500x75, but no bigger than that will be accepted. 50K filesize limit.

Obviously, keep it clean and related to moto... no banner ads/spam.

This only works for Admins/Mods, STM's and Subscribers.

I like that idea for here also, on a bunch of other forums I'm on for my truck they have this also, pretty neat stuff
