Im installing the FMF-SST pipe onto a 2006 CR 250, and for the jetting I ordered a JD Jet kit, does any one know if this is a good combo?

A jet kit is a jet kit... The brand name is the only difference.

That might be the dumbest thing I've ever read out here. :yikes:

250Roach - You should contact James (aka JD Jetting) directly. He's a sharp guy and can suggest a good starting point.

There are many variables in properly jetting a bike. Most times when ppl give you their specs they are just a good starting point.

pipe, reeds, type of gas . . . altitude, humidity and temperature all affect the jetting
