I have a 99 yz125 and was wondering if I have it jetted right. It runs great and has lots of power where it should, but it smokes a little. Don't get me wrong, it's not billowing out of the pipe, but under full throttle accelerations, it leaves a little smoke behind. There is also a little spooge coming out of the silencer, it too is not excessive, but just a litte. Is all of this normal, I mean, it is a two stroke and it does burn oil. I was just wondering if I needed to lean it up a bit or just leave it alone.

I am running Silkolene Pro Comp fully synthetic with premium pump gas at 40:1.

Thanks for all your help guys!

If you're happy with the way it runs and it ain't foulin' plugs, I'd leave it alone. Heck, the colder weather on it's way will take it leaner anyway!

Thanks motodawg! Colder air means a denser air which translates into more oxygen in the fuel/air mix thus creating a leaner burn right? Correct me if I am wrong!
