'05 KX125- came jetted for lower elevation (0-3000') with 410 main and 37.5 pilot. Assuming 85 deg F, 0.95 correction gives me about 390 main and 35 pilot. I'll start here, but does anyone have any specifics for a KX125 at this altitude?

Bike has FMF pipe, V-Force reeds, otherwise stock. Pump 90 gas, Yamalube at 32:1.

about 8% leaner should get you in the ballpark NM. I ride here at 6k on up to 10k and just recently jettied an '05 YZ125 for here. Went from a 410 main to a 370 and a 40 pilot to a 37.5 or 35, forget which. If you are riding at 6k on down lower, then be a little rich at 6k.

Thanks! I can't believe you dug that thread up- I figured no one was going to answer. I'm running with the 390 main and ordered the wrong pilot so it still has the 37.5. Feels a little fat right off the bottom but not bad- I might just drop the needle and see how it feels. Haven't gotten a chance to really ride it yet since I'm recovering from an elbow tendon injury.

I'm surprised the YZ is that close in jetting to the KX though! Did it use the short VM22 pilot or the longer VM28s?
