hey, i havent read anything about jimmy button in a while..
did he get any better since he go hurt? can he ride again?

Dorinna Groves at Chapparal sent me a video of Jimmy training on a "bike" that was suspended from the ceiling by big bungee cords. That was about a year ago, and I haven't heard anything new since then. He's still hanging around. I've read his name in a few RacerX articles, but I can't remember who he's working for.

I'm pretty sure his doctors nixed any further racing or riding. :ugg:

He is working in the industry now I believe. I know that for a while he was working as a rider rep for Bell Helmets, I'm not sure if he is still doing that though. transworld is the one Wakisashi is refferring to. button is a sports agent for motocrossers, skaters, snowboarders, and BMXers. he seems to be doing pretty well for himself. except no he can't ride anymore, he can't work the controls very easily. he said in the interview that riding is now the hardest thing to do. he said above all he misses being able to go out and ride for fun :(

I talked to a guy that said he was offering the odd Mx class here and there. Dont be quoting me on that, it was totally second hand info.

I saw him running around the supercross pits talking to different riders and hanging out with MC. In twmx they said he is handeling riders contract's and stuff like that.
