Hey guys,
I've got my pilot tuned very nicely, but after messing with my needle and doing all sorts of testing over a nice long period of time I need to drop my main. I have a 175 in my 96 KTM 250EXC, and though they make a 172 jet, none are available here without ordering. Assuming I return the needle to stock position, would a jump from 175 to 170 be dangerous?

Dangerous? Probly not. Definately won't hurt anything to try it for a quick run and see how it does. Do a few plug chops to be certain.

Why would you return the needle to stock? Leave it alone, you are done with that part. A quick ride will tell you if its too lean on the main, and then check the plug.
