Didn't watch any TV news yesterday, but did not see a single mention of it on my Yahoo! homepage.

Some of us still care, but not enough. My guess is the majority of people living in this country have no idea what happened on June 6, 1944.

I've been offline for a week or so but I did see a fair bit of programming the weekend before last about D-Day. It was very interesting. Truly amazing when you consider the size of it in the broad sense and then when you consider how tough it was for the heroes involved at the personal level.
