We have a 1976 RM370A model which we took all the way down and rebuilt everything. We found most of the parts at BikeBandit.com and E, down by the Bay. There is also Vintage Suzuki and you can still get a lot of parts through Suzuki. Clarke Mfg.com has a stock plastic tank which we use on ours. That way, you don't have to worry about wiping out a nice metal tank if race or ride it a lot.

By the by....1976 RM370A ....1977 RM 370B.....1978 RM400C......etc. It must be an A or B. Check the compliance plate near the steering head stem. It should have a date of manufacture.
I'll follow this thread with interest as my friend picked up a RM250A in top nick 3 weeks ago. But sussing out part availability hasn't been encouraging. I also had a manual for a RM370 that I found at a second hand bookshop for $1.00.....I sent it to some DRN'er at no charge who was rebuilding one. Never heard a thing from him.

Yep - if it is a 370, its a 76 or 77. I restored a 76 a year or two ago, so my guess is you are shooting for it to look like the attached pic!

I have a 77 370 right now that I hope to restore this winter as well. Feel free to shoot me an email or PM as I have spent a fair bit of time wrenchin on the old Suzukis.

go to http://www.vintage-suzuki.com for repro plastic - Tony Boswell is the guys name - nice guy to deal with. He also can get a variety of other goodies. Also, go to http://www.calvmx.com/guestbook/ to find parts you may need.

I didnt ride my 76 much before I sold it, but man did that thing HIT! I also discovered that I have become spoiled with disk brakes! I was blasting towards this fence near the north end of my property, clamped on the binders like I might on my KTM...it just doesnt stop the same!
