just got my shock revalved

Today i tried the revalved shock for my bike...a kx 250 01 i wanted a plush woods/trails setup...it was done by Factory Connection...Just wandering if it's normal than it still hard on choppy and rocky stuff...my question is.. there is a break in period before shock become in anyway softer?... (or maybe something went wrong during the revalving) I should'nt have to put all the adjustement screws full out to get something decent..should i?

Nope I d be sure that theres no linkage binding issues then if not call FC back up .

that means another week...waiting before go riding...am gonna send back my shock...my god i should have tried to revalve my shock myself before anything else....i am the person to blame...
