Tighten the bolts and if your bike had a flat-washer with bent-up ends around the bolts originally, make sure you put them back on before you lock it down. (These will prevent the bolts from backing out.) It almost looks like a big gasket of some sort.. but it's not.
Also, make sure your rear wheel spacers are in the correct place and that your wheel is tightened TRUE...
Don't tighten the chain side tensioner FIRST and then the brake side... this will put too much stress on the chain, tighten the chain evenly using both tension bolts/keys evenly.
