I just bought new chain and sprockets.2000 yz250. Can you give me some tips when putting them on so I get it right and don't mess anything up. Thanks

Uhh...Tighten the bolts correctly? There really isn't much to it.

Tighten the bolts and if your bike had a flat-washer with bent-up ends around the bolts originally, make sure you put them back on before you lock it down. (These will prevent the bolts from backing out.) It almost looks like a big gasket of some sort.. but it's not.

Also, make sure your rear wheel spacers are in the correct place and that your wheel is tightened TRUE...

Don't tighten the chain side tensioner FIRST and then the brake side... this will put too much stress on the chain, tighten the chain evenly using both tension bolts/keys evenly.
