would like to know the pro's and cons of the 240 bore kit for 200.i feel the need for more low end,can any one out there tell me what will i gain/lose?
I have a 240 on my 92 and love it. You have everything to gain and only fuel economy to lose. There is a ton of bottom end and combined with the other mods, the 240's can really rip. I have a sleeve in mine (damaged cylinder) and it has been going strong for 7 years now. Not one problem. You will have to jet a little richer, but with any mod you need to rejet.

Eric Gorr offers a 200 to 220-225 big bore kit that includes porting, head work etc you might also consider. He replates the cylinder rather than installing a sleve.
