I doubt it would fit with out fabrication or new motor mounts.
If you were going to do that I'd just do a KX-KDX hybrid.

Good luck!

Ahh yeah I see. The KDX250 cases are hard to come by. The KDX250 is getting older and soon most parts will be hard to come by. I'd swap to a motor with parts available or switch bikes all together. But... that's just me.

I passed on a 1993 YZ250 because of limited parts availability in the coming years. I really want that bike and still do. Something to think of at least....

Look who showed up!! Where have you been?! What happened to your bike that you no longer have it?

Is the KDX250 you mention an SR version?

No, its a regular KDX. I'm in Texas now but will be going back to S. America in a few months. I want a ride-ready bike to take with me as it is hard to find good bikes down there. Man, my '89 KDX200 SR was clapped out and it still cost me $3000 down there! Then I fixed it all up. I'll PM the rest of my story to anyone who asks me.

Ah, that explains it. I don't have PM, so no way to get the rest of the story.

Try to find a 1995 and newer KDX200. Maybe that will work for you.
