I am on my third kick starter on my kdx. Has anyone used the fredette kick starter? How well does the "shorter" kick starter work?Does it hold up better than stock?

I've had one for about six months and love it! Works better, lasts longer, starts better! Jeff has done a nice job with it. Solves the problem.

Won't do much good to put it on a worn out knuckle. Be sure to read the note sheet that comes with it. Ignore it and you may well break some important parts.
