Did you ever tried www.buykawasaki.com (or something like that. Do a little e-search)? At least they have the schematics of the part, so you won't have problems to assemble it again.
Sorry langston, I was just trying to be funny :) . Anyway, to your real question. What do you need to know about the valve? Most valves are simple in nature and are easy to take apart. A schematic drawing might help if all your doing is trying to clean it. What are you trying to do with the valve?

Mike t im not trying to do anything in paticular..we took it apart and we got it working better than it was...but that was with my uncle...so i just wont to understand about it on my own..
