Hey, I'm building some ice tires and have a couple questions regarding the screws. I have the Kenda ice tire for the rear and the Dunlop K490 for the front with liners. I'm running 3/4" in the front and 1" in the rear. I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed that the 3/4" screws are sharper than the 1" screws. I'm starting to think because of this the back tire will suck. I copied the same pattern that Jeff Fredette uses. Will the back tire still grip really good or do I have to re-do the hole thing? I really dont feel like redoing it because its already done and indexed and I've built several tires and have had little success with traction so I'm went out and got some real ice tires. Do you think that because of more screws it doesn't feel as sharp as the front? Just by the screw itself the 3/4" feels sharper than the 1". I'm hoping some body can help me out. Thanks a bunch. Kyle
