KTM 200xc or KTM 200exc

Hey I'm getting a new bike and it is going to be either a 2006 KTM 200 xc or a exc. I am going to do mostly HS, but a few enduros. Witch is the best for this and give me your reasons please. Also does the exc weight more because of the lights and kickstand. Anotherthing, how does the wide range tranny in the exc comepare to the otherone in the xc. Any input/info. is great, thanks

I'd go for the XC-W (that's what 2006 EXC's are called). For offroad a wide ratio tranny is definitely nice to have. If you planned on motocrossing fairly often, get the XC, but otherwise I think the XC-W is a better option.

I weigh 165 and we ride single track.

I would say XC-W if you're doing Enduro's too. If it was a HS bike only then XC all the way, but that low first and tall sixth are going to be helpful on an Enduro course.
