KTM 250 EXC Turning

Holy cow! I finaly set my sag better and raised my forks to the second line. What a difference!! You folks that haven't done this yet get on it. I was sceptical that raising the seat height would be a good thing but it realy feels better.
I do have a few questions though. I think I need a heavier shock spring I weigh about 220 w/gear and I have the stock spring PDS-2. I have the spring tightened up to where it has almost no free sag but I still have to much race sag. Should I get the KTM spring or are there better aftermarket springs? Any recomendations appreciated.
Also when bleeding the air from the top of the forks is it kosher to do it off the stand or should I have the bike on a stand with no weight on the forks?

I was toying with the idea that a guy could soften the forks a tiny bit by leaving it off the stand. I'm not very good at adjusting suspension, OK I suck at adjusting suspension, but I had such good results with raising the race sag that I thought maybe a little soft on the front end might be a bonus also a touch lower.
