My 400sx keeps dying on me when I slow down or when riding in tight slow areas. Seams like it does not want to run at low rpms. It seams like its getting to much gas and flooding it self out. To restart I ussually have to turn off the gas, kick it, and turn gas back on. Sometimes it dies immediately when I turn the gas back on. Runs good when going fast

Now don't quote me on this, but It sounds like your float. My bike did the same thing, but I didn't want to mess with the carb so I had It repaired at a KTM dealer. The float had to be replaced, and in my situation it cost me $28 for the part. Like I said, don't quote me on that, I am not the best mechanic int the world.
