KTM WP fork question

I have a 2000 KTM 300exc that I bought used recently and it is my first bike. I am looking for some info on how to work on the forks. I want to put some softer springs in but I know nothing about taking the forks apart. The springs are stock and the oil heigth is 160mm. Does any one know of a web site that shows the details of these forks. I searched WP's site and found nothing. Thanks.
