I have noticed a little oil leaking out from behind the front sprocket of my KX 125. its not much and it only seems to be happening when the bike is parked up in storage between weekends. I am assuming there is some sort of bearing seal that is damaged behind the sprocket, does anyone know if this is a prority repair? I only have a few more weeks of trail riding left before the weather gets too bad to go out. I'm planning on doing a top end rebuld over the winter so am i safe enough in waiting until then to attend to this leak? As always, any feedback appreciated!

Keep an eye on your oil sump level. As long as you're not losing much there, it can wait.

your bike should have a crankcase breather hose,if it does, check it,it might be clogged with dirt making pressure build and push the oil out.if thats not it, the seal isn't that hard to change.
