Im trying to help a friend who's looking at getting a used KX 125 between the years 2000 to 04 .
Is there much difference in these years as fars as the frame / suspension and motors ?, good and bad things to look for ?

Go for the 2003 or 2004, they had a major re-design in 2003 and it is alot better bike than the 2000-2002's. Frame, motor, suspension was either new or very changed on the 2003, all the magazine reviews claimed it blew the doors off the 2002. My 2003 has been very problem free, 1 major rebuild but that was after years of abuse.
