KX 500 sub frame

Hi, i have an 89 kx 500 but have recently broken the subframe, Does anyone know what all will fit as a replacement for this?

!25/250 etc and what years.

I am pretty sure the kx250 had the same subframe for that year. You should check the part #s to be sure.

where can i find the part numbers? is there an online catalog? i tried phoneing breakers but they were wanting £90.

Sitting around in the office doing nothing so I got curious. It appears that the KX125 kx250 and 500 all have the same part # for the subframe. Part# 32160A/C-1170 Replaces part# 32160-1031. The only difference the 500 had a /C but all 3 replace same part#.

Go a little far on a wheelie eh? know how that is, I bought mine through AC racing. I also bent the upper mount on the frame where as that is a week point on the 500 you might want to check that out wile you got it appart

Yeah just a wheelie too far :yikes: , Would have welded the sub frame but its in 3 bits now :(. Been comparing frames with there model numbers. There is a 1998 kx 125 frame on ebay for £15 which has the same part number as my one bar the a/c at the end, but when i compare the pictures they look completely different, Although i wonder if it might still fit.

Haha glad i'm not the only one! Yea i just looked at one it looks completely different. but i did see one that could be fixed with some welding for $10
