KX Clutch Chatter ................... another one

This is the 3rd Kx I've owned this year, and the third that has clutch chatter. It's the clutch basket agian. What did Kawasaki make the basket out of, seeems like tin foil. this current 250 has pretty low hours (No paint worn by the pegs). The two prior to this one I patched, filed the grooves out of the basket and It worked for about 40 or 50 hours. But I'm gonna buy a new basket, I've found a Hinson for a fair price, but I'm wondering how that basket will work with the stock pressure plate, anyone tried it?

I replaced my basket with a vortex one. Seems much more solid and I am very happy. Vortex sells a bit cheaper than Hinson but must be as good or near as good quality.
