I hate to sound like a broken record, but Ebay has about anything you are looking for. Some people think it is dangerous, but I have been buying all types of stuff on Ebay for 8 or 9 years and Ive never had an issue.
you can pretty much fit any front fender you like. I like my yz250 front fender better than the kawi ones. Of course, you won't find it in green, but black or white looks good too. The maier MX rear fender is nice, I've seen plenty of kdx's sporting htat.
I tried to fit some other rear fenders on my 89 without much luck. Left nasty gaps against the airbox that would hold too much muck. I'll be interested to see how that works out for you. I used a kx5 rear fender on my build, nearly a perfect fit.
