Kx125 2000 smoking problem

I have a kx125 2000 and i have a problems with smoking. (just had rebuild. been used for about 1.5 hrs since done. was run in corectly)

when the bike hits the powerband the bike smokes ??

also when i took exhaust off to look at somthing i saw that there was gear oil coming from where the exhaust outlet for the engine and where he pipe connects to ??

Finally i have a full fmf exhaust system but the rear silencer sounds really different to all other exhaust. its kinda crackly but its not to do with the packing i dont think and i took it off and had a look. I think the problem is that the whole on the exhuats casing doesnt match up to baffler which is why i thinkts making the noise (nly about 2mm out but there is an slight overlap on the casing ?? - I took the packing out and tryed to bend it into line but it didnt work.. any one have any ideas or a new rear silencer for a kx125 2000 they want to sell ??

What did the rebuild consist of, sounds like a crankshaft seal needs replacing.

Tom is on the right track crankseal(sucking tranny oil) or improper case half sealant also sucking tranny oil.
