i just got a 99200exc and when i leave the carberateur on it leaks gas all over out of the bowl. Even when im riding it its leaking. Its mostly making me mad just because its wasting so much oil.

Better pull your carb, clean it and properly set your float level. Your symptoms are classic for a float set too high. Make certain that your carb vents tubes are all clear as well.
Yep, set float height and also check that the float needle (shuts off fuel flow when float moves up) is seating completely or doesn't have any dirt or grit on the seat keeping it from sealing completely.
may wanna consider picking up an inline fuel filter if it is some kind of contamination in the fuel that is keeping the seat from seating properly just to keep crap outta there. it is a good idea anyways
