My bike ('00 YZ 250) is leaking coolant from the tiny weep hole (on the case side) at the bottom, behind the pump cover. I have pulled the cover and not able to get to where the weep hole is. It looks like I need to take off the 'propeller looking thing'.

A 12mm socket fits it, but it just spins the motor as well.

Any ideas on how to get this off? I don't have a compressor or air tools. Lastly, are they right or left handed threads.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Why not put the bike in gear to hold it in place while you try to break the bolt loose. The propeller is actually the impeller. Propellers are used in axial flow pumps.

probably leaking due to the shaft not turning. Also, I know on most bikes, the threads on the impeller are backwards(it will most likely be marked on the impeller).
