leaky advance shaft?

I'm starting to see a tiny amount of oily substance gathering at bottom of rubber boot from advance shaft on right side of motor.  Could it be leaking from up in shaft area?  Anyone else experience this and how did you fix it?

yes it comes from the cylinder as the seal there isn't very good.

On the 89-94 there is an o-ring and a small seal that can be easily replaced without dismantling much.
