I have been dirt biking for a year now and i have started to develop a problem. I fine myself sitting on my seat all the time and hardly evey sit donw no matter what condition. I have come to the conclusion or read and seeing that standing in enduro type situations helps the bike work under you to get a faster track time.

So, my question. How do you keep yourself standing for a long 2 hour race as far as trainning for it. THANKS!!!

that would work.

or you could just go riding. and little by little stand up.
everytime you do it. force your self to stand longer.

HGIII, if you were to stand up more you would put in way faster lap times because you could come into corrners quicker and so on.

IndyMX, thats a good one but could end up with a trip to the hospital.
