LMC Hare Scrambles in Kalkaska

Ok...so it is not in Kalkaska, but who know where Lodi is located on a map??

I realize that they are racing HS in Portland this weekend and I do not want to steal any of their thunder, BUT.....I just talked to Brad Birgy who is in charge of this event for LMC and you DO NOT want to miss it.

The track is 8.2 MILES LONG!! No typo...it is 8.2 miles of grass track (3 miles), MX track (2 miles) and woods trail (3 miles). Sounds SAWEET!!!

I will be there on October 3rd, but as a club member working this event. I would encourage everyone to make the trip to race, watch or help LMC with the event.

It is about 2 miles south of Kalkaska on 66. Brad has done a great job once again I am sure!

Fred, if you plan on racing this wear a mask you will need it. I have rode it and it is very tight!

If you liked last year's track, you will LOVE this year. The moto-x is very fast and very fun, and the woods are tight and technical. Lets hope we get some rain or it wil be a miserable race.
