Logged in whats is wrong?

i keep getting this but i am logged in any help please.

You will get that error if you try to access any of the STM forums other than the Subsribers Forum

I will randomly get pop-ups and occossionaly get the "need to register" messages though I'm clearly logged in and do have permission. Sometimes exiting and restarting, clearing cookies and logging back in helps, sometimes it doesn't. I agree it gets anoying but it's not that big of deal, I just figure Okie builds websites like he rides. :p
