look at this cut plug please (rich, eric, other genius')

what do you guys think of this plug? i ride in lots of sand so i am not sure if this is jetted right or too rich. i apologise for the pics (antiquated camera) and the cuts (dremel). i think i have my "by the seat of the pants" jetting down but i want check with the pros.
i appreciate all of you comments and help.

i pulled that plug after a a mile or so of fifth gear wot. i compared the carbon ring to the one in your picture rich and mine looks bigger. is it too big or should i err on the side of safety?

It's tough to say for sure from the pictures but it looks like the plug is running fairly cool and on the rich side. In heavy sand that would be the smart way to run it. You'll never break an engine being a little too rich in sand.;)
